1. Use of the house and property is limited to eight people. Sorry, we do not allow additional guests – a maximum of eight people is allowed on the premises (house, porch and property) at any time.
2. We ask our guests not to play music on the porch at any time and observe quiet hours on the porch between the hours of 10PM and 9AM the next morning. Also, out of consideration of our neighbors please keep any music played indoors at a reasonable level.
4. We do not allow parties, receptions, weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. to be hosted on the premises.
5. Sorry, no pets.
6. No smoking in the house or on the porch.
